Roller blinds across
Al Manara Tower, Dubai
Precision-fitted sunscreen and blackout roller blinds installed across multiple floors of one of Dubai's commercial towers — clean lines, glare control, and a uniform finish throughout.
Commercial precision for a Dubai high-rise
Al Manara Tower is a multi-floor commercial property in Dubai, with large-format floor-to-ceiling glazing across its office floors — the kind of window specification that demands a purpose-built blind solution rather than a residential product pushed into a commercial setting.
Creative Vision Global was commissioned to supply and install roller blinds throughout the tower, covering office floors and common areas with a combination of sunscreen and blackout fabrics. Each blind was custom-fabricated to the exact window dimensions, fitted with precision to ensure a seamless, gap-free installation across every bay.
The project required coordination across multiple floors, phased to allow tenants to remain operational throughout the installation period.
Two fabrics, one consistent look
What a tower installation demands
Large-format floor-to-ceiling glazing
Tower office windows are significantly larger than residential or standard commercial specifications. Each blind was fabricated with reinforced bottom bars and wider fabric rolls to span the full window width without sagging, seaming, or light gaps at the edges.
Consistent finish across all floors
A commercial tower demands absolute uniformity — the same cassette colour, same bottom bar finish, same operating chain position on every blind across every floor. Any variation is immediately visible. Every component was specified and checked to the same standard before installation began.
Working around live tenants
Al Manara Tower had active tenants occupying floors during the installation period. We phased the works floor by floor, completing each area within a defined window and restoring full access before moving to the next — with zero impact on day-to-day business operations.
Dubai west-facing solar heat gain
West-facing tower floors in Dubai experience intense afternoon solar heat load. Sunscreen fabric openness factor was specified to balance glare control with heat reduction — lowering reliance on air conditioning during peak afternoon hours without sacrificing the outward view.
What we installed
Sunscreen fabric openness was selected to match the tower's orientation — tighter weave on south and west-facing elevations to manage solar heat, slightly more open on north-facing aspects to maximise ambient light.
The finished installation
What the project delivered
Al Manara Tower's office floors now have a consistent, professional blind finish that performs exactly as a commercial high-rise demands — sunscreen fabric controlling Dubai's direct glare without sacrificing views or daylight, and full blackout in the spaces that need it. The phased installation was completed without disrupting any active tenant, and the uniform cassette and chain specification means every floor reads as one cohesive installation from ground to top. All blinds were installed to exact frame measurements with no visible gaps or misalignment.
Creative Vision handled the full tower on schedule and without any disruption to our tenants. Every blind is perfectly fitted and the sunscreen fabric has made a visible difference to glare on the west-facing floors. Exactly the standard we needed.
