Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Creative Vision Global. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms apply to all customers, whether individual homeowners, interior designers, property developers, or commercial clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and all UAE emirates.
Our Services
Creative Vision Global provides the supply, custom manufacturing, and professional installation of window treatments, flooring, and outdoor shading solutions, including but not limited to:
🪟 Curtains
Blackout, sheer, motorized, luxury, velvet, wave, eyelet, pencil pleat, and all heading styles. Custom-made to your measurements.
🏠 Blinds
Roller, zebra, Roman, aluminum, wooden, vertical, motorized, and vertical sheer blinds for all window types.
🌿 Outdoor Shading
Retractable awnings, aluminum pergolas, zip screen blinds, outdoor umbrellas, and window shutters.
🏗️ Flooring & Doors
SPC waterproof flooring, PVC folding doors, automatic garage doors, and roller shutters.
⚙️ Motorization
Somfy motor supply and installation for curtains and blinds, including TaHoma smart home integration.
🔧 Installation
Professional installation by our own trained team across all UAE emirates, with free home consultation and measurement.
All products are custom-made to the specific measurements and specifications agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service with reasonable notice.
Quotations & Orders
Free Consultation & Quotation
We offer a free home visit and consultation service across all UAE emirates. During this visit, our team will take precise measurements, present fabric and material samples, and discuss your requirements. A written quotation will be provided within 24 hours of the site visit, unless otherwise agreed.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment (see Payment Terms). Verbal agreements or WhatsApp conversations do not constitute a confirmed order. Upon deposit receipt, a written order confirmation will be issued detailing the products, measurements, colours, and agreed installation date.
Measurements & Specifications
Our team takes professional measurements during the site visit. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, changes to measurements or specifications may not be possible. Any approved changes may incur additional charges and revised lead times.
Payment Terms
Standard Payment Structure
- 50% deposit required upon order confirmation to commence production
- 50% balance payable upon completion of installation
- For large commercial projects, custom payment schedules may be agreed in writing
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash (UAE Dirhams)
- Bank transfer to Creative Vision Global's registered UAE bank account
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cheque (subject to clearance before production commences)
Late Payment
If the balance payment is not made upon completion of installation, Creative Vision Global reserves the right to withhold warranty documentation and decline future service visits until the outstanding balance is settled. Persistent non-payment may be referred to the relevant UAE legal authorities.
Installation
Scheduling
Installation dates are agreed at the time of order confirmation. We will contact you 24 hours before the scheduled installation to confirm attendance. If the customer needs to reschedule, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid any inconvenience charges.
Site Readiness
The customer is responsible for ensuring the following before the installation team arrives:
- Clear and unobstructed access to all windows, walls, and areas where products are to be installed
- Removal of existing window treatments, furniture, or obstacles where necessary
- Availability of a responsible adult at the property throughout the installation
- Confirmation that all walls and surfaces are structurally sound and suitable for bracket fixing
Installation Conditions
Our installation team will take reasonable care of your property during installation. However, minor surface marks or dust from drilling are unavoidable and will be minimised where possible. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, ceilings, or surfaces.
Completion & Sign-Off
Upon completion, a member of our team will demonstrate the operation of all installed products and answer any questions. The customer is asked to inspect and confirm satisfactory completion before the balance payment is made and the team departs.
Warranty
Standard Warranty
Somfy Motor Warranty
Somfy motors supplied and installed by Creative Vision Global as an official Somfy Expert Partner carry a manufacturer's warranty of up to 5 years, subject to Somfy's warranty terms and conditions. Warranty documentation is issued on the day of installation.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Mechanical failures of operating mechanisms under normal use
- Installation-related issues arising from our workmanship
- Motorization system failures under normal operating conditions
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning methods
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Fading or discolouration resulting from excessive direct sunlight beyond reasonable exposure
- Damage caused by third parties, modifications, or unauthorised repairs
- Products that have been altered from their original installed configuration
- Damage resulting from flooding, extreme weather, or force majeure events
Claiming Under Warranty
To make a warranty claim, contact us at admin@creativevisionglobal.com or call +971 56 856 8258. Please provide your order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. Our team will assess and respond within 3 working days.
Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellation
As all our products are custom-made to your specific measurements and specifications, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Before production begins: Full deposit refund, minus any site visit or consultation costs incurred
- After production has commenced: The deposit is non-refundable as materials have been cut and manufactured to your order
- After installation: No refund is applicable for custom-made products once correctly installed
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective upon delivery or installation, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. Please notify us of any defects within 48 hours of installation completion.
Cancellation by Creative Vision Global
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances such as material unavailability or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued within 7 working days.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Creative Vision Global website — including text, images, photographs, product descriptions, logos, design layouts, and graphics — is the property of Creative Vision Global or its licensed suppliers and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our website without prior written permission
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour due to screen calibration
- Our brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without express written consent
Customer-submitted photos, testimonials, or project images shared with us may be used in our marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Creative Vision Global's liability in connection with any product or service shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
Force Majeure
Creative Vision Global shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule delivery or installation at the earliest opportunity.
Website Use
Our website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. By using it, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website
Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Creative Vision Global.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Ajman.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. We encourage customers to contact us directly:

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
Changes to These Terms
Creative Vision Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated effective date.
